What we collect
A contact or estimate request can include your name, phone, optional email, company, property type and location, requested services, message or project description, contact preferences, attribution data, and photos you choose to upload.
Why we collect it
The information is used to understand the requested project, contact you about the request, prepare or discuss a scope, prevent abuse, and maintain the estimate record.
Photo uploads
Estimate photos are stored privately and used to understand the requested work. Public use requires separate authorization.
Retention
Submitted lead information and attached photos are retained for up to 365 days for estimate follow-up and business records, then become eligible for scheduled deletion. Temporary uploads abandoned before submission are removed separately.
Privacy requests
Call or text (530) 640-1844 and reference your estimate request to ask about access, correction, or deletion.
Service providers
Cloudflare infrastructure can process website requests, database records, security checks, and private uploads. A configured transactional email provider may process lead notifications without receiving analytics data.
